Local Legal Expertise for HOAs and Community Associations
We’re excited to announce the opening of our new office in Maitland, in the Orlando area. This expansion establishes a full-time, local presence in Central Florida—led by Attorney Anthony Paris—and furthers our commitment to serving community associations across the state.
Attorney Paris has practiced almost exclusively in community association law since becoming barred in Florida. He earned his J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law, where he served on Law Review, and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida. His legal career began in Orlando, where he worked for a local firm focused on association law, giving him valuable regional insight and hands-on experience.
McCabe & Ronsman has eight attorneys serving associations across the state, including three who are Board-Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law. With this depth of experience, our team is well-equipped to assist with the wide range of legal issues facing community associations, including construction defect matters, insurance disputes, governance, assessment collection, and enforcement.
