Edward Ronsman to present at CAI 2020 Community Association Law Seminar Annual Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada

Developer Transition and Identifying Defects: Perspectives from Community Association and Construction Defect Counsel; Hear from Florida Bar Board Certified specialist Ed Ronsman on what to expect during developer transition and turnover. Review the red flags of representation of homeowner and condominium associations during developer control, including ethical considerations, as well as common issues upon transition of control from the developer to homeowners.
