Michelle Martino is an experienced litigation attorney practicing in the areas of complex civil litigation, including community association matters, corporate affairs, property disputes, insurance claims, construction defect, and personal injury claims.
Michelle is a Jacksonville native. She graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The College of Charleston. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, top 5 in her class, and with Dean’s Honors. She was the Staff Editor for Florida Coastal Law Review, Secretary of the Moot Court Honor Board, and received a Certification in Advanced Legal Research, Writing and Drafting.
Michelle started her career working with Michael McCabe and McCabe Law Group representing common interest communities and corporations in all facets of their business, including litigation. She later pursued further litigation opportunities and worked as an insurance defense attorney at the largest Florida insurance defense firm. Michelle moved on to a boutique personal injury firm where she represented individuals in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, car accidents, and premises liability cases. In the beginning of 2023, Michelle returned to McCabe & Ronsman to assist with all facets of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, trials, and appeals.
Michelle is admitted to all Florida Courts and the United States District Courts in the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Michelle is also admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.
